Tenants are registered by their landlord or property manager through the platform. After signing up, you can add your first property in under 5 minutes. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered phone number, and we will send you a one-time password (OTP) to reset your password. If you don't receive the OTP contact support@bomapulse.com. Yes. Every new landlord or property manager gets a free trial period to explore the platform. No credit card is required to start. You only pay once you choose a plan that fits your number of units.

No. BomaPulse is designed to be simple enough for any landlord or property manager to use from day one. If you can send an M-Pesa message, you can use BomaPulse.

Tenants pay rent directly via M-Pesa STK Push. When a bill is generated, the tenant receives a payment prompt on their phone. They enter their M-Pesa PIN and the payment is processed instantly. Funds go directly to the landlord's preferred M-Pesa or bank account.

No. BomaPulse does not hold, process, or custody any tenant payments. When a tenant pays via M-Pesa, the funds go directly to the landlord's preferred M-Pesa or bank account, completely bypassing our platform. We only provide the infrastructure for payment initiation, reconciliation, and record-keeping.

If a payment fails, the system records it and notifies both the landlord and tenant. The tenant can retry instantly without any manual intervention. Failed payments are tracked separately so you can follow up easily.

Yes. BomaPulse Ventures supports direct bank transfers for landlords who prefer to receive rent directly into their bank accounts. The same reconciliation and receipting process applies.

Yes. Digital receipts are generated automatically for every successful payment. Both the landlord and tenant can view and download receipts from their respective portals.

Tenants are registered by their landlord or property manager through the BomaPulse platform. Once registered, you will receive login details via SMS or email. You can then access your tenant portal to view bills, make payments, and download receipts.

Yes. Your tenant portal shows all your bills, payment history, and outstanding balances. You can also download receipts for any payment you have made.

Log in to your tenant portal, go to the Payments or Receipts section, and click the download button next to any payment. Receipts are generated in PDF format.

House Hunt is BomaPulse's tenant portal feature that helps tenants find available rental units from verified properties. You can filter by location, county, and unit type to find your next home.

After logging in, go to the Properties section and click "Add Property". You can add buildings such as apartments, flats, estates, or commercial spaces. Set bill types such as rent and payment schedules in minutes.
